How to Install BGMI on MuMu Player
Complete installation walkthrough: download MuMu Player and Fusion, apply the best settings, install the BGMI 32-bit APK, and import your keymapping to start playing.
Important: There is no official PC version of BGMI. Krafton has never released an authorized emulator, and playing BGMI through any emulator — including MuMu Player — is an unofficial workaround (jugaad) that carries ban risk, including permanent 10-year suspensions from the X-Shield anti-cheat system. Read the full ban-risk FAQ.
MuMu Player — The Recommended Emulator for BGMI
MuMu Player is a NetEase Android emulator optimized for smooth BGMI gameplay on PC, featuring Vulkan rendering and smart keymapping. This guide walks through the full installation in 10 steps, from downloading the emulator and Fusion bypass tool to importing keymapping and launching the game.
What You'll Need
- MuMu Player — the Android emulator.
- Fusion — the bypass tool used to launch BGMI.
- A ready-made keymapping file.
- The BGMI 32-bit APK (available inside Fusion > Tools).
Step 1: Download MuMu Player
Download and install MuMu Player from the official MuMu Player website. Follow the installer and complete the setup before moving on.
Step 2: Download Fusion & Handle the Antivirus Warning
Download the Fusion tool. If your antivirus blocks downloading Fusion, go to Search > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Manage settings and turn off Real-time protection for the time being. Then download Fusion and place it in a folder of your choice (for example E:\BGMI\Fusion).
- Open Virus & Threat Protection > Manage settings.
- Scroll down and click Add or remove exclusions.
- Click + Add an exclusion > Folder.
- Locate the folder where you installed Fusion and click Done.
You might have to repeat the exclusion step every now and then. Fusion is detected as a virus because it is not licensed by Microsoft and is a bypass tool — but it is totally safe to download.
Step 3: Download Keymapping
Download the ready-made keymapping file now — you'll import it into MuMu Player in Step 9. You can also review the keymapping reference on this site.
Step 4: Install MuMu Player & Apply Best Settings
Install MuMu Player, then apply the recommended engine and graphics settings from the settings guide for maximum performance.
Step 5: Install BGMI (32-bit APK)
Install the BGMI 32-bit APK from Fusion > Tools. If you have VIP, you can directly download BGMI from the Play Store inside MuMu Player instead.
Step 6: Download Resources & Launch Through Fusion
Once BGMI is downloaded, run it and download the resources. Once the resources are downloaded it will ask for a restart — click Restart and then immediately close the game. Then open Fusion and launch the game using Fusion.
Do this every time you want to play BGMI: launch the game using Fusion.
Step 7: Login
Login with your account and you are almost ready to play the game.
Step 8: Create a Keymapping Profile
Click the keyboard button on MuMu Player's top options. Select Create, double-click anywhere on the screen, select any random letter, then click Save.
Step 9: Import the Downloaded Keymapping
Click the keyboard button again > click Manage > Import, locate the keymapping you downloaded in Step 3, and click Apply.
Step 10: Adjust Graphics & Reset Controls
Change the in-game graphics settings to whatever you like, then go to the Controls option, reset the controls, and hit Save.
Now you can hop in the game and dominate!
